Works with virtually all business phones, digital or analog. The UA-50 amplifier connects to the handset jack on the telephone base. The handset and the headset plug into jacks on the UA-50. Push-button control selects handset or headset use. Sound to either the handset or the headset can be amplified up t 45+dB.
