HARC Mercantile, LTD's standard method of shipping is UPS or Priority Mail. Any special shipping procedures requested will be at the customer's expense.

FREIGHT SHIPMENTS: COLLECT & PREPAID
Shipments exceeding 6 cartons and/or 300 lbs., or any item(s) which because of size, weight or number of cartons causes unusual charges from UPS may be sent via common carrier, freight prepaid and added to invoice.
Any item specifically noted "must be shipped freight" will be shipped via common carrier (FOB Kalamazoo), freight prepaid and added to invoice

Next Day Air shipments - we will choose UPS or Express Mail*** 
2nd Day Air service - we will choose UPS or Priority Mail***

For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, and military APO addresses standard service is 2nd Day Air and will be added to order.

FREE SHIPPING From time to time HARC will offer free shipping specials. Free shipping applies only to orders shipped to the 48 contiguous states. For all other locations, standard shipping will apply.
