Order the JitterbugJ phone online. When you receive it, you will call the Jitterbug Operator to activate. Payment of $35 is due at the time of activation.

Phone may be returned within 30 days for a refund for the phone and monthly service fee if no more than 30 minutes of airtime has been used on the phone. If more than 30 minutes are used, the price of the phone will be refunded less a charge of 35 cents per minute for minutes over 30. The phone must be in “like new” or “as new” condition.
